Gun Violence: Public Health Crisis?

IF this comment weren't so pathetically stupid it would be laughable. A TV talk show Liberal stated on his show today exactly that line. Although stated in the form of  question it was meant to be taken literally. America does NOT have a public health crisis of gun violence. However, statistically there are specific groups of people who don't handle firearms responsibly. Just go and look up the stats and you will clearly see. Further more ...HELL  Will Freeze before ANY of Obama's gun laws are enacted. And I voted for him! You cannot legislate 'good social behavior'. Just look around at ALL the asocial behavior society has to put up with! Is it really someone's Right to have their underwear covered ass hanging out while gripping their crotch? Because THAT piece of work...will NEVER get hired for a job. NEVER. IF there is a 'public health crisis', it IS the lack of social etiquette. IF you behave like a poor white or poor black trash...expect to be discarded. That IS exactly what I just said. And If you decide to use a gun with your IQ of 80...then maybe society should lock your poor ass up for life. Because the rate of recidivism for 'gangstas' is off the charts. There is no rehab for the street thug. Once a BOD (boyz of destruction)..always DOA (dead on arrival) for a future. Period.
